In early 2017, I decided to change my professional life. The digital revolution was going on everywhere but at my workplace. It’s so exciting to see Healthcare taking this path. So, I left my job to jump in the unknown and learn a new set of skills.
I set up myself both as an entrepreneur and consultant. As an entrepreneur, I’m building digital health start-ups. As an independent consultant and advisor, I support start-ups to refine their vision, strategy and business plan and scale by partnering with the pharma industry.
Previously I worked for Bausch + Lomb as General Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and then as Head of Western Europe managing about 1 billion $ sales and 2000 people in commercial, R+D and manufacturing. Prior to this employment, I held various commercial positions at Novartis Pharma in France, Hungary, and Switzerland from 2003 to 2009. Before joining Novartis Pharma, I worked for five years as Strategy & Management Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers focusing on the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
I formed the ‘Network of Women Surgeons’ in support of women with an interest in pursuing a career in the field of ophthalmic surgery in German-speaking countries.
I was born in France and currently live in Berlin, Germany, with my husband and two sons.
