Data Protection and Cyber Security Advisor at Caladan GmbH
Werner works as an external Data Protection Officer for Digital Health Start-Ups. He is CEO of Caladan, a consultacy for developers of health software, which services comprise of Data Protection, Cyber Security, Penetration Testing, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Affairs. Before he joined Caladan, Werner was an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, where he researched European Data Protection Law and the Digitalization of Law. He still regularly publishes articles on data protection in the digital health sector, especially Digital Health Applications (DiGAs).
