Valerie has made it her career’s goal and ambition to deliver the best possible outcomes to patients through innovative and patient-centered care.
She holds a medical degree as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health and is a paediatrician by training. Her work has taken her from the department of paediatrics at the Charité to an administrative position as a consultant to the Chief Medical Officer of the Charité and head of the Value-Based Healthcare team. Her research focus is on the use of Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement to improve the quality of care.
