Dr. Paul von Bünau is Managing Director of idalab, a Berlin-based consulting company for artificial intelligence, machine learning and data technology in biotech, pharma and medtech; from strategy to engineering (and back).
A mathematician by training, Paul’s work focuses on advising companies how to move forward at the exciting yet horrendously complex nexus of AI/ML technology, biology, strategy and organisational change. His clients include fast-moving early-stage biotech startups (predominantly US), big pharma and medical device manufacturers (Switzerland, Germany, US), as well as life science VCs (EU/US).
Paul loves to support nascent startups at the forefront of what may, or may not, be possible.
