hack onsite in Lusatia
Join us at a fun hack weekend online or in Brandenburg, Lusatia at the Senftenberg Lake. Participants who take part onsite will be provided a train ticket from Berlin.
Support for Onsite Attendees
All attendees onsite in Senftenberg will receive a €50 travel voucher for arrival via Deutsche Bahn. There is also free shared accommodation in log cabins for up to 30 hackers available. If you would like to join onsite let us know here.

Hackathon Challenges
Who can participate?
We welcome students, entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, researchers, and others to join.
You are Eligible to participate if you are 18 or older by the start of the Hackathon (May 16) and reside in either the European Union (any country) or a non-EU country associated with Horizon Europe (or in the process of negotiating association).
Each team must have a minimum of 3 members and can have up to 8 members.

15th April, 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Get ready to start your journey! Join us for the kickoff event where we’ll introduce the hackathon and what you can expect. This is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow participants and get inspired!
29th April, 5:30 - 7:00 pm
Join us in Senftenberg for an in-person meetup! Dive deeper into the challenges, connect with fellow participants, and explore the key space technologies used in Europe’s Defence and Security sector. It’s the perfect chance to brainstorm and start forming your team.
6th May, 5:00 - 6:00 pm
On our third meetup, we’ll give more isights into space data & tools you will have access to develop your solutions. We will discuss the upcoming hackathon weekend. This is another great opportunity to ask questions and get final preparation tips!
